Returns & Exchanges

At Bryceland's, we hope that all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase; though, just incase please look over our returns policy below, for both in-store and online. 

All items must be returned to us in 'as-new' condition, this means: unworn, undamaged and unwashed, with all labels and packaging present and intact. 

Please also ensure items returned are free from any external odours, stray hairs or any other reason which would necessitate us to clean the item before resale. If any item is returned to us in this manner, we will deduct a restocking fee from the  refund to cover any external costs. 

If there is a rare fault with any of our items, we ask you to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can figure out a solution. All items bought or received faulty or damaged are eligible for replacement, exchange, credit note, or refund. 

Socks, boxers, undershirts, Pre-Order/Made to Order, and item that has been altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-store: 

When the item has been tried on in-store and purchased, we operate a return for exchange or credit note only up to 14 days after purchase. This allows to control stock levels as well as safeguard our time spent ensuring you have the right item, to your satisfaction at the time of purchase.   

Online:

For all online orders, ​there is a 28-day return & exchange policy. Upon receipt of the order; there are 14 days to notify us of an intent to return or exchange, and a further 14 days for us to have received the return back in-store. We ask that we are notified as soon as possible if the order is to be returned or exchanged to allow us to allocate stock. 

Collect In-Store:

For all orders for collection in-store, any items which are not collected within 7 days will be refunded unless prior notification has been made, and an agreement reached. 

Return Shipping:

Upon request, we can create a returns label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund total. 

For all returns not shipping through us, we request that a fully tracked service is used to safeguard against lost or damaged items. We are not responsible for any returned items which are lost during shipping via any other method than those we offer.
